David brings the expertise and insight gained as CFO of a publicly traded company and CEO of a community bank to the Firm’s clients.  In addition, he has 27 years experience in public accounting, concentrating on services to financial institutions and corporate taxation.

He has significant experience in:

• Bank acquisition accounting including FDIC assisted transactions
• Bank taxation
• Bank and thrift regulatory matters
• Loan review and ALLL analysis
• Corporate taxation
• Taxation of entrepreneurs and closely owned enterprises
