Fiser & Company in 1985, he was a partner at an international accounting firm. Mr. Fiser has over 32 years of experience in public accounting. He specializes in bank and business audits, corporate taxation and estate planning.

Paul C. Simkins, CPA, received his bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Arkansas in 1986. Mr. Simkins, a Fayetteville native, joined the firm in 1988 and has over 17 years of audit and tax experience. He serves a variety of clients, including financial institutions, construction firms, manufacturers, agri-businesses, and transportation concerns.

Jeff S. Fender, CPA, received his bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Arkansas in 1995. Since joining the firm, Mr. Fender has gained experience working with financial institutions, resorts and timeshares, not-for-profits, and employee benefit plans. Mr. Fender also leads the firm's recruiting activities.

David C. Chapman, CPA, received his bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Arkansas in 1971. Mr. Chapman joined the firm in 1996, bringing the expertise and insight gained as a banker and the CFO of a publicly traded company. In addition, he has 22 years of experience in public accounting, concentrating on services to financial institutions and corporate taxation.
